Sleep Disorder

We have developed a personalized and standardized non-pharmacological treatment for sleep disorders, based on the principles of sedation.

A clinically proven non-addictive medical intervention to treat sleeping disorders.

Sleep disorders can have a significant impact on our overall health and quality of life: mental fatigue, mood disorders, physical fatigue and weakened immune systems. People with sleep disorders need to reorganize their lifestyles (sleep, screen use, caffeine, etc.).
Drug therapies are also used but can have side effects and create addictive habits. The published scientific literature has clearly described the effectiveness of complementary therapies in sleep and sleep disorders, and these non-drug treatments include MUSIC CARE©. We have created a care protocol specific to sleep disorders: the L sequence.
A randomized controlled trial found a significant reduction in alertness and sedation among patients who received the treatment. It also showed a significant drop in blood pressure, heart rate and respiratory rate, thus promoting relaxation and sleep.
